IT’S ALL ABOUT SPIKES – FOR NOW

We are currently stuck in snow… so these pictures were taken a few days before the snow came. Walking in snow with these shoes would be torture – not for me but for the shoes 😉 When it’s about my Louboutin collection I’m quite careful with them because I had to put money aside for every pair I own. So I treat them with special care. My favorite model are the Pigalle and So Kate. But the Pigalle model got changed and I prefer the old one. This Pigalle model is the old one (old toe cleavage) and I really, really love it. I was quite hesitant when I first saw it, don’t get me wrong. I loved it from the beginning but I thought: “Am I really brave enough to wear it?” “Aren’t they too much?”- Yes, I am brave enough and no they are never too much. It took me quite a while to find out. I adore the black, silver and gold spikes on them which allows me to combine gold and silver hardware. I’m always questioning myself whether it’s okay to mix gold and silver but Mr. Louboutin shows us that it’s okay. 001 Burberry belt Miu Miu Clutch Close up   Christian Louboutin Pigalle Zara coat 020   017 A lot of friends and people I coincidently met asked me where I shop my Louboutins. I’m not a big fan of shopping Loubis online as it is quite difficult to get the correct size but sometimes I cannot avoid it – in the meantime I know my size but at the beginning it was quite challenging. I’m not a very spontaneous shopper when it comes to expensive pieces. So I usually take two days to think about the purchase just to avoid big mistakes. As I live in the Southern part of Germany it’s not quite easy to find them –  Stuttgart does not have a shop where you can get them. The Corner Berlin or Apropos Concept Store have an amazing selection. Berlin and Cologne/Düsseldorf are quite far for me so I order them online or call the boutiques. My favorite place to shop Loubis is the Louboutin Boutique in Zurich. The service is amazing and the sales assistants are very nice and helpful. Zurich is just one hour away by car so it’s always a temptation… but well I first have to save some money for a new pair.
